Narrative of Lower 48 Prayer Journey with Declarations

Dixie and I “launched” a 21-day prayer journey around the perimeter of the Lower 48 on 19 April, 2023 and returned May 9.  America is in need.

The following will give you an idea about how we operate and why. 

At the beginning of each day we anointed the tires of “Elijah” our truck, then saluted each State line as we passed over, planted “An Appeal To Heaven” flag within each State at strategic locations, and made our decrees, declarations, appeals, and affirmations as we proceeded.

These acts had precedence.  On a prior trip we anointed our bicycle tires and rode through an area to perform spiritual warfare.  Family members who were WWII Bomber Pilots passed down the tradition of saluting national, state, county, and city borders.  And, U.S. flags were planted in obscure areas of Vietnam to let the enemy know we were there and to “claim our turf”.  In military units, governmental positions, and churches it is common to take oaths to uphold the Constitution and God’s Kingdom. 

To counter the “extraordinary challenge” America is currently facing we also 

used words and ideas from Scripture, Robert Hunt’s 1607 Prayer Declaration of America’s Covenant With God, The U.S. Constitution, the Pledge Of Allegiance, Washington’s Valley Forge Prayer, The Gettysburg Address, Benjamin Franklin’s humor, and perspective from Give Him 15.

Contemplating the whole of America at the outset of our journey we leaned on Robert Hunt and decreed and declared that America’s Original Purpose was to affectively spread The Gospel within and beyond the American Shores, and that that purpose had not changed, and would forever remain the same.  

We decreed and declared that all families would return to and conform to God’s Original Family Design, and that the purpose of that Design was to raise Christlike children through all generations to spread The Gospel.

We decreed and declared that since The Garden both the World and America had at their foundations “ONE God”; the Christian Trinity just like our Founding Fathers had universally understood:  THE Father, THE Son, and THE Holy Spirit.

Using the Declaration of Independence and Constitution we affirmed that “WE The People” would EVER be “HIS People, no one else’s; and no other god’s, country’s, alliances’, whether secular, imagined, academic, literary, perverse, nor anything breathed by or influenced by evil.  Dixie and I emphatically proclaimed that America WOULD REMAIN HIS.  

We perceived, agreed to, decreed and affirmed that God’s Ownership of America was and is now ENTIRELY NECESSARY in order for America to “Form a MORE Perfect Union” – and that that “ More Perfect Union” would not perish and was indeed necessary for the continuance of America in order to Establish and Assure EQUAL Justice – Under EQUAL Law – for All – which we declared is the True Meaning of Equally – free of unbalanced ideas about race, gender, creed, intellect, social standing, social justice, personal power, or wrongful governmental influences.

We added that because of these things “Domestic Tranquility” would indeed be ENSURED; everywhere; in all U.S. Regions, States, Counties, Cities, Towns, Neighborhoods, Houses, Families, and Individual Hearts.   

We continued by decreeing, declaring, and humbly asking God Himself that HE Himself, because of our nation’s Original Humble Commitment to Him, would make ADEQUATE  and AMPLE Provision for our COMMON DEFENSE and that ALL U.S. Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen, and other Defense Personnel and Citizens would fully comprehend the need to be each other’s “360” and agree to “watch equally over each other in mutual self esteem” as God gave them the purpose and ability to do. 

We decreed and declared that the elected designated leaders and lawmakers of our Country at the National, State, County, City and lower levels would perceive God’s Character, work in unity, and work to align and balance all of our nation’s needs and laws into His Perfect Will, Purposes, Timeline and Outcomes.

We decreed, declared, asked, and affirmed In HIS Name that America would grasp, grab ahold of, and cling onto our Blessings Of Liberty; and NEVER let go – so that we, our children, our children’s children, and all generations following, would forever be able to discover, rediscover, cherish, and pass on the True Cost, Unique Preciousness, and Limitless Gift of Liberty and Freedom Under God.

Though some of us might not have fully comprehended the meaning of what we did as children at the time, we had in fact decreed, declared, and affirmed America and understood our purpose in it from our hearts.

At the beginning of each school day we willingly got up, stood beside our desks, put our hands on our hearts, faced the Flag, and decreed and declared The Pledge Of Allegiance, and I remember that most of us seemed to MEAN it.

During our prayer journey we remembered that, but pledged allegiance FIRST to the Kingdom Of God, THEN to the United States of America, and to the flag and republic for which it stands.

We decreed and declared that America would indeed Be Saved and remain “One Nation under God”.

As we travelled up the west coast we were reminded that some of the eastern counties of California, Oregon, and Washington wanted to succeed from their States and join neighboring States to get free from strong liberal influences.

But, we remembered the Original Goal Of National and State Unity.  So, we decreed and declared that ALL of the States and Counties would remain “Indivisible”, and that all boundary lines would remain as they now are, because God would assure that Peoples would be able to apprehend “True Liberty and Justice” just as had been originally intended.  

We decreed and declared that divisions would cease and that border changes would become unnecessary, unwarranted, and unwanted because in the Process Of God Saving America, the U.S. government at all levels would once again align itself with Biblical Principles.

After traveling east, over the Mackinaw Bridge and through to Pennsylvania we planted an “An Appeal To Heaven” flag at Lake Erie but remembered what had happened at Valley Forge on the opposite side of the State during the precarious winter of 1777-78. 

I remember Washington’s very audible Valley Forge Winter Prayer; that when overheard by a Hession Sentry, made that Hession report back to his commanders that America could not be defeated because America “had God’s Nod” – my transliteration…

So there, at Lake Erie, we decreed and declared “that America could not and would not ever be defeated, because the Original Purpose was to raise up a nation under ONE GOD to spread the Gospel around the world”.

We decreed and declared” that the Third Great Awakening Prayers of the Ekklesia would be clearly heard by our enemies, whether natural or spiritual, and that they would conclude just as the Hession’s had concluded during our former time of weakness and precariousness; that America and America’s Mission to Spread The Gospel can NOT be defeated”.

Fast Forward to Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address…

We decreed, declared, and reaffirmed what Abraham Lincoln had spoken; that “our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.”

We affirmed that some had willingly and sacrificially,  “given their last full measure” on the battlefield to “preserve that union”.

We decreed and declared that within the ballooning ranks of the Ekklesia there would also be those who would “give their last full measure” with full ardor; whatever that might mean, to advance God’s Kingdom and America.

We also decreed, declared, and affirmed that America would “Remain Under God”, and therefore “have a new birth of freedom”; “and that “that government of the people, by the people, and for the people, truly would NOT perish from the earth”.

Benjamin Franklin is a favorite of ours, and as we travelled down the east coast we remembered that he had said “Fish and visitors stink in three days”.

As Dixie and I discussed this, Holy Spirit gave us insight and we decreed and declared that “ALL old and new lies and strategies of the enemy”, and that “ALL old and new anti-christ ideologies” would be perceived to “stink”, and then, like an unwanted visitor, be quickly evicted from the hearts, souls, minds, and spirits of ALL American Citizens, and “Ejected from The Land”.

As for Scripture; here’s a few standouts:

Acts 2:17:  We decreed and declared that God was “pouring out His Spirit on ALL flesh; meaning EVERYONE, no matter their similarities or differences.  NONE would be immune from His Presence and ALL would have to adjust to or contend with His Will”.

1 Peter. 4:7:  We decreed and declared that “as the end times approached, the Ekklesia would become intentional, purposeful, and self-controlled, so that they could be entirely and tirelessly given over to prayer” as their FIRST order of business”.

Mark 11:17. We decreed and declared that the convened Body Of Christ would be readjusted and and realigned to once again “be known as a House Of Prayer for ALL the world to share, free of compromises, and pure”.

Then we returned home.

May these things remain, Oh Lord, in Our Hearts.
