About Double Eagle Operations
Doc and Dixie Wiley officially established Double Eagle Operations on Thanksgiving Day, November 2021, to formalize their extensive years of ministry as Watchman Prophets. Double Eagle Operations engages in targeted intercessory warfare missions, offers spiritual intelligence, and equips the Body of Christ through specialized speaking engagements designed to support Moves of God.
As forerunners operating from the dual offices of prophet and teacher, Doc and Dixie employ biblical, military, and intelligence strategies to gain insight into the disposition, activity, and intent of opposing spiritual forces. They develop effective responses and execute actions that facilitate the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Their guidance is rooted in God’s Word, the Inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Five-Fold Ministry Members, spiritual gifts, dreams, visions, wisdom, and experience. Their Standing Orders include interceding for presenters, messages, and audiences during meetings and traveling to key geographical areas to promote spiritual breakthroughs.
With a Caleb Anointing, they target, research, and conduct clandestine prayer journeys into strategic locations, operating similarly to Special Forces, Intelligence Operatives, and Armored Cavalry Scouts as they develop a preparation of the battlefield. Acting as Prophetic Watchmen Standing In The Gap, they engage in spiritual warfare and report their findings to trusted spiritual leaders. During these prayer journeys, they Pray In The Spirit continuously while navigating through critical points and lines of communication. Their activities include hiking well-known trails, driving major highways, visiting key historical sites, exploring areas of high and low elevation, completing perimeter drives around cities, states, and regions, and penetrating diverse foreign countries. Their objectives encompass spiritual surveillance, reconnaissance, cleansing, evangelistic breakthroughs, and transferring possession of the land to God’s Kingdom.
Doc transitioned from 52 years of public service as a soldier, teacher, professor, artist, and intelligence officer, while Dixie moved from a career in systems administration in information technology, business administration, election officiating, and small business entrepreneurship. Doc served as a Vietnam Tank Commander, completed three tours in Afghanistan, supported Special Forces, worked at the Warning Center of the United States, and retired from both the U.S. Army and the Intelligence Community. He has traveled worldwide in service to his country and NATO. He holds a double major doctorate in Art Education and Higher Education with a cognate in illustration and has taught various biblical, military, and intelligence subjects across all levels of education. His artwork has been distributed globally to American embassies, consulates, military installations, intelligence facilities, government offices, and museums, illustrating the visions he receives. Doc and Dixie are Kingdom-minded, team-oriented, and possess servant hearts. They leverage their experience and creativity to communicate their mission and messages through speaking, writing, and illustrating what God reveals to them.
